We specify sound-attenuating subfloor systems, resilient channels where needed, and plumbing and HVAC modifications that respect the building's risers and chases. Italian cabinetry, marble, terrazzo, and millwork are sourced directly from our manufacturers so tolerances are controlled at origin — critical when every material has to ride an elevator, turn through a corridor, and enter a finished lobby without a mark.
In a condo, every material has a second job: it must perform in a multi-unit environment.
